Hey, Y’all! Welcome to Lubbock Moms Blog! I will be one of the ladies behind the scenes, helping bring you some fun, exciting, and REAL talk!
I am Krystle! I am a mom to two beautiful little girls, who I will frequently reference as my little humans. My girls are; Mackenzie Grace- 12 years old and Adelia Faith- 3 years old. They are a divine duo of absolute mess! I jokingly try to sell them to close friends and family on the days when the level of wild is sky high, but we all know they make my life what it is! I love it! I currently work two full-time jobs in EMS, and absolutely love what I do! I am at the tail end of Paramedic school, and will be done by Spring 2019! Although we live very close to Lubbock, we actually live a bit north of Lubbock, in the big ole town of Shallowater. We love living in the Lubbock area, but even more, love having all of the little communities that surround Lubbock that give you a smaller town feel, with the amenities of a big town just a hop, skip and a jump down the road! Lubbock is having steady growth with more family activity centers, parks, and eateries! From bowling to golfing, to trampoline parks, there is a good variety for most families to have things that they can do with their littles every single day! Lubbock has such an impressive culture, not only for during the “mom hours”, but a night with friends, or the ever-elusive date night, there is truly something for everyone! First Friday Art Trails, Saturday morning farmers markets, comedy bars; you name it, you have something to fit your desires! The biggest downfall to Lubbock, in my opinion, is the never-ending construction! We know it is a positive sign of growth, but, I would love to have fully opened streets sooner rather than later!
