Lubbock Moms: Mail-In Voting Guide

0

There has been so much conversation about mail-in/absentee/COVID voting lately, and we want everyone to know exactly how the process works today. If this should change in the near future, we’ll update this so you have all the steps in front of you. Let’s talk about mail-in voting for the Hub City!

First! Are you eligible to vote?

https://www.votelubbock.org/voting-information/voter-information-lookup/#VoterEligibilitySearch

Second! Are you eligible to vote by mail-in voting?

Check with these questions:

  1. Are you age 65 or older?
  2. Are you disabled?
  3. Will you be out of the county on election day? And during early voting?
  4. Are you currently in jail, but still eligible to vote?

If you answered no to any of these questions, you are ineligible to vote by mail and will have to vote in person. Early voting is highly encouraged!

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you are eligible to apply for a ballot by mail. What’s next? Click here for the application to print for a ballot by mail:
